Question:
How do I get the blue brake wire, and the red power wire, from under the hood , to inside the cab ? Thanks.

The red and blue wires you mention do not need to be ran into the cab.
The red wire will have an ring connector on the end of it, and will attach to the post on the fuse box as shown in the photo I have provided. A 20 or 30 amp fuse needs to be placed int he fuse location closest to the post. Your brake controller instructions will state which fuse is needed.
The blue wire might or might not have a plug on the end of it. Remove the plug, and attach a length of 10 ga. wire long enough to connect to the trailer connector at the rear of the vehicle.
Your brake controller will plug into the junction box located on the firewall behind the emergency brake. Remove the cover, and plug the brake controller wiring adapter into the second slot from the left in the top row.
The wiring adapter needed will depend on which brake controller you have. If the controller has wiring that ends in bare wires, use part # 20264. If you have a Tekonsha controller that has the socket on the back, use part # 3015P.
If you do not already have one, you will also need the 7-way connector, part # PK11916.
