The best setting on the Edge Evolution Programmer # EP15051 for you to use will be the high performance setting, this setting should give the best possible power gains for your 2006 Ford F150. You should note that you will need to have at least 91 octane fuel in your vehicle otherwise you will not get the full power gains.
If you find that you need more power you may be interested in an aFe Direct Fit Cold Air Intake System # AFE54-80512 (installation instructions attached), and an exhaust system. I attached a link to a page where you will need to select the vehicle style of your vehicle and all of the different exhaust systems for your vehicle will show up.
The programmer, cold-air intake, and exhaust will complement each other to give you the most possible performance for you vehicle.
