Will this work with a 1.25 bike rack?

The Boone Hang2 Wall Mounted 2 Inch Hitch Storage Rack, part # 912H2, will only work with a 2 inch bike rack.
For bike rack storage of a 1-1/4 inch bike rack I would have the Boone Dock Bike Rack Storage, part # BH94112, and the Boone Docking Station Bike Rack Storage, part # BH95212. They are both floor mounted storage racks. The racks will not work with Thule, SportRack or Yakima bike racks with built-in anti-rattle devices.
