Yes, the SuperJoe series of bike racks, like the Super Joe Pro 2 Bike Rack, # Y02629 will fit on your 2008 Nissan Altima 4 door sedan, see photo link.
If you will be carrying bikes with out a horizontal top frame to mount on the cradle arms, an adapter is recommended. We have a video showing the Yakima Tube Top Bike Adapter Bar, # Y02531, which would work great with the SuperJoe bike racks.
