Question:
Can the rear transmitter be mounted in a turck bed between the body and bedliner? Or does the trnasmitter have to be inside the cab? It would be protected from the elements.

Expert Reply:
I spoke with my contact at Peak and he informed me that as long as the transmitter does not get wet you could mount it between the cab and the bed of the truck.
He did say that if the transmitter is surrounded by metal you may run into transmission problems. He also said that the location you mentioned should work out well for you.
