Question:
Does the installation require drilling or Removing the bumper ?

Yes, when installing the CURT Trailer Hitch, # 11177, on a 1994 BMW 3 series, there is drilling required and possibly some fascia trimming. But you should not have to remove the bumper. I have included a link to the installation instructions so you can see what is involved in the installation of this hitch.
If you plan on doing some towing, the hitch comes with the correct ball mount, pin and clip. For a ball use # 19256 (1-7/8 inch diameter) or # 19258 (2 inch diameter). For trailer wiring, use harness # 119176KIT. I have included a link to the installation instructions for this wiring harness.
