I have a 2010 Nissan Rogue SL with the factory roof rack and cross bars. Im interested if the SportRack Aero XL will fit without additional hardware / crossbars.

What you will have to do to determine fit is measure the width of the crossbars on your 2010 Nissan Rogue. If they are less than 4 inches wide and they have a spread of 24 to 34 inches apart on center, then the SportRack Aero Cargo Box, # A90275, will fit.
There are other cargo boxes listed as a direct fit to the Nissan factory crossbars. For 18 cubic feet, you can use the Thule Atlantis, # TH687BXT.
