The Rola Roof Mounted Cargo Basket, # 59504, will fit on crossbars no wider than 3-1/4 inches. The Yakima crossbars are less than 3-1/4 inches wide so the basket will fit the crossbars.
This basket also has specific crossbars spreads that it will fit. One is 30 inches, center to center. The crossbar spread for the Yakima system on a 2011 Ford Fiesta is 32 inches. This may be 2 inches off but the small diameter of Yakima bars combine with the up to 3-1/4 inch width of the basket feet should allow it to fit. There are other basket options for the Yakima crossbars that would be a better fit. I would go with either the economical BasketCase, # Y07012, or the next step up LoadWarrior, # Y07070. I have included links to each of these baskets and a link to a video of the LoadWarrior.
