is there a install rail kit for my 76 dodge power wagon or will a 2006 dodge ram kit fit my truck

Yes, we have an installation kit for your 1976 Dodge Full Size Pickup with 6 Foot Bed. You will need to use the Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit, # RP30035, along with the Reese Square Tube Slider, # RP30051, that you referenced.
I have provided a link to the installation instructions and to a video of this kit being installed for you to review. The vehicle is different but the process will be essentially the same. Just be sure to use the the instructions for the Dodge through 1993 (Full Size) starting on page 16 of the instructions.
Keep in mind that if your Power Wagon has extra skid plates mounted under the vehicle, most do, these may need to be temporarily removed for installation of the fifth-wheel kit.
There is not a custom installation kit available for the 1976 Dodge Ram Power Wagon.
