Roof Rack Recommendation to Carry a Rola Roof Basket on a 2005 Pontiac Montana

I have searched and searcbed but still unable to find what the warrenty is for #59504 with extension. I also would like to know what parts I would need to purhase in order for us to mount this carrier with the extension on a 2005 pontiac montana with factory side rails

The Rola Roof Rack mount Cargo Basket, # 59504, and the extension, # 59505, have a Limited 5 Year warranty.

For your 2005 Pontiac Montana with side rails, you would need to use the Yakima Roof Rack which consists of a couple of parts. First you would need the Yakima RailGrab Towers, # Y00138. And then you would need the 48 inch crossbars, # Y00408.

The recommended bar spread with this system is 34 inches between the bars (on center) for your vehicle. This is important because the Rola basket has specific crossbar spreads it will fit, one of which is 33-3/4 inches. The mounting feet on the basket are large enough to compensate for the 1/4 inch difference.
