I do have a solution for you to carry bikes on your 1996 Toyota T-100 Extra Cab w/ camper shell, but you will not be able to use the Rhode Gear Super Shuttle # RG80115127. Bike rack manufacturers such as Rhode Gear do not test their bike racks on vehicles with additional aftermarket accessories like camper shells and the Rhode Gear Super Shuttle 3 Bike Carrier, part # RG80115127, is not a fit for your vehicle, as it can not safely attach to the truck.

For a truck, you could use a truck bed bike rack like the Thule Insta-Gater # TH501. Or the other option would be to use a hitch mounted bike rack.

To use a hitch mounted bike rack, you would first need to install the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, part # 75144. This is a Class III 2 inch hitch, and is compatible with a wide range of hitch bike racks.

For a hitch bike rack to carry 3 bikes, I would recommend the Rola TX-103 3 Bike Carrier, part # 59403. This Rola Bike rack will fit 2 inch and 1-1/4 inch hitches. This rack also has a tilting feature to allow access to your truck bed and for your tailgate to fold down when bikes are not mounted to the bike rack.

If you will be carrying womens, childrens, or alternative frame bicycles, I would recommend using the Swagman Easy-Out Frame Adapter Bar, part # 64005. This adapter bar will allow you to carry those types of bike level on the bike rack.
