The first thing you will need is a base plate kit to provide you with the attachment point on your 1992 Toyota Celica GT for a set of tow bars. For base plates I would recommend a Roadmaster Classic Base Plate Kit # 1125-1.
For a tow bar I would recommend a RoadMaster Sterling All Terrain Tow Bar # RM-576. This comes with safety cables, wiring, and quick disconnects like the RM-201 that you referenced. I attached installation instructions for you to check out also.
Next, you will need a wiring solution. If you plan on only towing occasionally then I would recommend you get a Magnetic Towing Light Kit # C-ATL20A. If you are looking for a more permanent solution I would recommend a Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-154. I attached an FAQ on picking out a wiring solution as well as installation instructions for installing a diode kit.
Most states require a supplemental braking system in the towed vehicle to help take some of the braking load off of the tow vehicle. For that I would recommend a Roadmaster Even Brake Portable Proportional Braking System # RM-9400. I attached an article on supplemental braking also.
