Will this fit a 2007 Toyota 4runner no spoiler with factory racks and cross bars? How far apart would I have to space the crossbars? Thanks.

Yes, the Yakima SkyBox Pro 16s Rooftop Cargo Box, # Y07196, will fit on your 2007 Toyota 4 Runner with factory cross bars.
Your cross bar spread will need to be between 24 to 36 inches. The Cargo you will load in the box can determine where the cross bars should be positioned, normally as far apart as possible, without the weight in the center of the box causing the box to sag.
