Trailer 7 round to 5 wire trailer connector on Nissan Titan 2007 and 2007 four winns trailer.Directionals and flashers work on right side on occassion and do not work on left sideAny suggestions ?

You will want to test your 7 way and the 5 way adapter using a circuit tester, like part # 40376. If you are getting power to each pin on the connector and adapter when that particular function is activated, then the problem is in your trailer wiring. Starting at the connector, and working your way back, check for corroded connections or anything else that could cause an intermittent problem such as the one you are experiencing. Look for wires on the right side with worn or cracked insulation, or wires that are pinched or broken.
