I do have some trunk mount bike rack options for you, but according to Yakima, the QuickBack 3, # Y02622, and QuickBack 2, # Y02621, will not fit a 2007 Nissan Murano.

Instead take a look at the Thule Raceway 2, # TH9001, and the Raceway 3, # TH9002. Thule lists both of these racks as a fit for your vehicle. The greatest attribute of these racks is the ratcheting cables that make installation and removal a breeze.

The racks also feature padded legs to protect vehicle paint. It is always recommended to clean the vehicle and rack prior to mounting the rack to avoid scratching the vehicle.
