Hi We recently changed vehicle, to a 2011 Toyota Highlander, with Class III Draw-tight hitch TW 500, Gross Trailer WT 5000 and towing a R-Pod trailer, TW 190 lbs and additional weight in back of SUV about 150 lbs for a total of 350lbs. Looking for the best Weight distribution hitch or is it required?

While a weight distribution may not be required for your setup, you would still benefit from using a weight distribution system. I attached an FAQ on weight distribution systems for you to check out.
The system I would recommend would be the Strait-Line Weight Distribution System w Sway Control - Trunnion Bar # RP66082. This system uses trunnion bars and has an active sway control feature where as the Reese Weight Distribution System # RP66151 that you referenced uses a passive system that only tries to prevent sway after it has already started.
