Question:
Is there a way to make these fit a 93 Chev ext cab 4X4 1500. I can purchase them very reasonably and would like to be able to make them work for my truck.

The closest thing to the Firestone Sport-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2320 that you referenced that would work on your 1993 Chevy Extended Cab 4x4 1500 that we offer would be a Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TGMRCK25. I attached installation instructions for this product for you to check out also.
I can not safely recommend you modify a Firestone Sport-Rite Air Helper Spring # F2320 to fit your vehicle as it would void the product warranty. I attached installation instructions for this product also.
