The factory brake controller port on your 2000 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty will be located under the dash near the center console on most vehicles.
First, connect the Draw-Tite Brake Control Adapter, part # 3035-p, to the Draw-Tite Activator I Brake Controller, part # 5100. Then, plug the adapter which is now connected to the brake controller into the factory brake controller port under the dash. Mount the brake controller to a place on the dash that is easily accessible.
I am including a link to a FAQ page that will explain brake controller installation on the 1997-2004 Ford trucks.
