I have the early model 2009 G6 with the 3 facia holes. What part # base plate do I need. The car is not a convertable or a GT.

According to Roadmaster, the Roadmaster XL Base Plate Kit, # 3132-1, that you have referenced is the correct kit for the earlier model 2009 Pontiac G6 models before the updated fascia. This base plate kit fits all models except the GXP and convertible, so this is the right kit for you.
