well the tiedowns work on a 2003 ranger i am looking to put a 100 pound popup on it

For your 2003 Ford Ranger, you will need frame mounted tie downs. The Stake Pocket Tie Downs, # TDSF, will not fit 1988 and newer Ford Rangers. Instead, you may be able to use Camper Hold Down, # HSSF. You will need to compare the dimensions of these hold downs using the pictures I have added to your truck to determine fit.
If you determine that they will fit, you will also need Camper Tie Down Hardware Package, # TDHP.
