Will these fit 1992 chev. stake pockets?

For your 1992 Chevy Truck you would want Camper Hold Down Black Powder Coated # HSSF. The hold downs wrap around the truck bed rails and mount inside the bed. They do not fit in the stake pockets.
These hold downs will work for any camper that is a correct fit for your vehicle. The Camper Tie Down # TDSF that you referenced will not work on your vehicle as it is only designed for Chevy trucks that were made before 1988 Chevy trucks.
