Can this tow bar connect with a blue ox on the RV

Yes, you will be able to use the Roadmaster Classic Base Plate Kit, item # 443-2, with your BlueOx tow bar on your RV. There is an adapter, item # RM-033, that will be needed to connect the Base Plates to the Blue Ox tow bar. We have a Base Plate Adapter Table, see link, that you may find very informative.
In addition, if you would like to easily remove the adapter from the base plates, you will need a set of the Roadmaster Tow Bar Quick Disconnects, item # RM-201.
