I see the Yakima rack folds back for access to CRV cargo area but do the arms fold down as well like the Thule? Thanks

The arms on the Yakima BigHorn Bike Rack, # Y02404, do not fold down, but there are other models that do have this feature like the DoubleDown, # Y02424.
You may like the Rola TX-104, # 59401, as well. This rack does tilt down away from the vehicle, it has arms that fold down, and comes with an integrated cable lock to secure the bikes to the rack. I have included a link to the installation details for this rack for you to view.
