Question:
my tekosha xp green light doesnt illuminate when i hook up any of my three trailers. i have 12 vdc across the ground pin 7:00 position and the brake controller pin 5:00 position. do i need a new controller?

There should not be 12 volts coming out of your ground terminal (7:00) on your vehicle connector. That sounds like where your problem is located. It sounds as if the 12 volt accessory that should be in the 2:00 position of your connector has been mistakenly wired to your ground circuit.
