I have an 05 f-350 crew cab 4x4 that i have installed a wheel lift on for towing. the problem i have is when i put a car on the wheel lift the truck will squat about 4 inches before hitting the overload spring pad i was wondering if this super spring setup would solve my problem or is there something else that would work better for my setup.

This SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway-Control Kit # SSA22 that you referenced would be a good choice for your 2005 Ford F-350 Super Duty 4x4 to help distribute weight throughout your existing suspension system.
What is nice about this system is that it has different ride options that let you decide how much load support you would like and how much of the ride height you would like to adjust.
I attached installation instructions for this product as well for you to check out.
