Question:
What is the max speed for this trailer?
asked by: H. A
Expert Reply:
I spoke with my contact at Yakima and found that the tires on the Rack and Roll trailer, # Y08106, are DOT rated.
Trailer tires are tested to 65 miles per hour to meet DOT standards, so we cannot recommend towing the Rack and Roll trailer faster than 65 Mph or the posted speed limit whichever is lower.
I have posted a review of the trailer which may help with your decision.
