Will this rack work with a Curt Manufacturing #11383 Class I hitch on my 2010 Mazda 3 hatchback grand touring model? I will be carrying road bikes.

Yes, the Thule Helium Aluminum 2 Bike Carrier # TH970XT would work on the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 11383 that is on your 2010 Mazda 3 hatchback grand touring model. When using a non trailer hitch accessory Curt recommends that you use a Curt Bike Rack Strap # 18050 to secure the rack or carrier to the vehicle to prevent excessive jarring on the hitch and vehicle.
