Question:
What is the distance between the bearing races on this hub or do u have a schematic u can send to me to show this..,This is what I could find on the old spindle and hub. Spindle: Seal area .5 inch x 1.25 inch Bearing surface 3 inches long Threaded area .75 inches long Total length 4.25 inches Bearing: Timken 07100 I couldnt find a part number on the seal. I am trying to just replace my hubs with a modern bolt pattern and upgrade wheels. If there is no replacement for my old hubs I will replace the axle as a whole. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I went out to the warehouse and pulled the Trailer Hub Assembly for 2,000 lb Axles, item # 34822BX, and measured the distance from the back of the inner race to the back of the outer race and it is 2-3/8 inches on this particular hub. This measurement is usually not a concern because there is adjustability built into the spindle bearing surfaces.
The spindle for this hub is the Redline Trailer Spindle, # R104BT8. I checked the range of adjustment for the bearings on the spindle, and each bearing has a full 1/4 inch of adjustment for differing race widths. That gives a full 1/2 inch of play in the positioning of the bearings on the spindle. This play is taken up when the castle nut is properly tightened on the spindle with the bearings, races and seal installed.
The best way to determine compatibility of a hub, bearings and spindle, is to use the bearing and seal part numbers to cross reference the parts, or to use spindle measurements at the bearing surfaces and seal bearing surface to select the proper bearings, then match the races and hub to those measurements.
If you could send the above information, I will be glad to help determine the correct parts for your trailer.
At this time the manufacturer does not supply schematics for the hub, spindle and bearing kits we offer.

The bearing part number does help quite a bit. The Timken 07100 bearing has a 1 inch bore, so it matches to a # L44643 bearing. Your 1.25 inch seal bearing surface matches the # 34823 Grease Seal , so as long as both the inner and outer bearing are the same, you have several options, depending on what bolt pattern you need for the wheels you want to use.
For an Idler hub and a wheel with 4 on 4 bolt pattern, you can use the Trailer Hub Assembly, item # 34822BX, that you originally selected. If you need a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern you can use the Trailer Hub Assembly, item # 34822545BX, if your wheels are 8 to 10 inch and if you have 12 to 15 inch wheels you would need Trailer Hub Assembly, item # 8-258BTUC1.
