Will the rhode Gear super Shuttle fit the 2004 Volkswagen Touareg?

According to Yakima, the manufacturer of the Rhode Gear Super Shuttle 3, part # RG8015127, you would not be able to put this rack on your 2004 Volkswagen Toureg because the side strap hooks cannot be securely attached.
I checked with our other bike rack manufacturers and there is not a trunk mounted rack recommendation available for your vehicle at this time.
It looks like the only option for carrying a bike at the rear of your vehicle would be to put a hitch on the back of your vehicle. I would recommend a Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, part # 75363, (instructions below).
For a bike rack I would recommend Thule Roadway 2 Bike Carrier, part # TH9028. I attached a review video for you to check out the rack, as well as installation instructions.
