Do you use your stock air box lid with the AFE51-10381?

The open end of the aFe Direct Fit Cold Air Intake System, # AFE51-10381, that you see in the pictures is actually the bottom of the unit and will be covered by the lower portion of the factory airbox. I have included a link to the installation details for reference.
