Suspension Enhancement Recommendation for a 2001 Ford F-250 Super Duty Diesel and 5th Wheel Trailer

Question:

I have an F-250 Superduty 4x4 4 door Diel. I have a 5th wheel camper with about a hitch weight around 1900lbs. Will part # TFR250SDE take the sag out or do i need to go air springs?

Expert Reply:

The Timbren Suspension Enhancement, # TFR250SDE, that you have referenced will work well to stabilize and keep the truck level while preventing sag. Adding air springs is a good idea if you frequently carry different load weights and need to level the truck accordingly. But for towing the 5th wheel trailer, the Timbren springs will work well. I have included a link to the installation details and a video showing a typical installation.
