Question:
I have a Passport 2590BH weighs approx. 4500 lbs dry and 6000 lbs fully loaded. My tow vehicle is a Chevy Tahoe w/ Tow Package. The dealer sold me the Pro Series 49570 Weight distribution system with a single friction sway bar. I was wanting to upgrade to a dual cam system. Are there any that will work with my Pro Series WD system or would I need to change the entire WD system?

I do have a solution for you, but the weight distribution system that you have, Pro Series Weight Distribution, part # 49570, will not work with a Dual Cam Sway Control System. The reason the Pro Series Weight Distribution # 49570 will not work is because the end of the bars that would attach to the dual-cam sway control system are straight and do not have a bend that is needed for a dual cam sway control system.
There are 2 options you have to add a dual-cam sway control system to your towing setup. The first would be to replace the spring bars on your Pro Series System and then add a dual-cam system. The other option would be to just upgrade or replace the entire weight distribution system.
If you would just like to replace the spring bars, you will need a quantity of 2 of the Replacement Round Spring Bar, part # RP58115. Then you would need to add Reese Dual Cam High-Performance Sway Control, part # RP26002.
If you would rather sell your Pro Series system and replace the entire system, you would need the Reese Strait-Line Weight Distribution System With Sway Control, part # RP66088, which has the same weight and tongue weight capacity as your Pro Series System. Part # RP66088 features the dual-cam sway control.
I have linked instructions for the Reese Strait-Line Weight Distribution System With Sway Control, part # RP66088, and instructions and a video installation of the Reese Dual Cam High-Performance Sway Control, part # RP26002. I have also linked an FAQ on weight distribution that you may find as a good reference.
