Do I need an adapter to install the p-2 in a 2010 titan?? Thanks!

Yes, you will need the Tekonsha Wire Harness for Nissan, item # 3050-P, to plug the P-2 Brake Controller, item # 90885, in under the dash on your 2010 Nissan titan.
If your vehicle is not equipped with a factory 7-Way connector at the rear of the vehicle you will also need to install the Factory Style 7-Way and 4-Way Flat Vehicle End Trailer Connector, item # N40975, which comes with the needed relays for vehicles without the towing package, see video.
The brake controller and harness can be ordered as a package using item # 90885-3050P.
