Question:
I am looking for a back up camera for a 2009 Silverado. I would prefer a wired one that will not suffer interference from my bluetooth in the truck. But, will this thing beep every time I back up with my trailer connected because the trailer is close to the sensor? If so, can you recommend another wired back up camera close to this price range? Thanks.

The Hopkins Rear View Camera with Backup Sensors, # HM60195VA, will detect the trailer, if connected, and the alert will sound. However, I spoke with my contact at Hopkins and he stated that the alert can be turned down or muted for times when you want the alert quiet or off.
