I want to install a Peak wireless backup camera in my Ford F-250. Can the unit be wired into the backup sensors on my vehicle? If so, how?

In order to install the Peak Performance Wireless Back-Up Camera, # PK015737, to the back up sensors on your Ford F-250, the back up sensors would need to be connected to the reverse light circuits. If they are, you would splice into the wiring going to the back up sensors instead of to the reverse light wire behind a tail light. It would probably be much easier to install it like in the video linked for reference. There will be less work involved in removing a tail light assembly to get to the wiring than there would be to get to the sensors, in my opinion.
Since this will be on a larger vehicle, a Ford F-250, you may also need the extension cord, # PKCORD, so you are able to install the transmitter in the cab of the truck and keep it out of the elements. Also, since it will be closer to the monitor, you will get a better signal.
