If you are flat towing your 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee behind your Motorhome you would want to use a diode kit to activate the tail lights of your Grand Cherokee like a Tail Light Isolating Diode System with Wiring Harness, part # 38955.
Another option you have is to get a Magnetic Towing Light Kit, 20 ft. Long Cord, part # C-ATL20A. These will attach to your Jeep with magnets and then plug into the 4-way that is at the back of your motorhome.
I attached a video of the # 38955 being installed onto a vehicle below, I also attached an FAQ article on how to pick the right tow bar wiring kit for your application.
The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness, part # 118369, that you referenced is designed to convert tail light signals from your Jeep to send to a trailer, it would not work in reverse. You could not send signal from your motorhome to the Jeep tail lights through a # 118369.
