I have a 2010 Chevy Silverado with a plastic bed liner that wraps over the top rail covering the pockets. Would these work on my vehicle if i cut out the area of the bed liner over the pockets?

If you trim an opening where the bed liner is covering the stake pockets on your 2010 Chevrolet Silverado, you should be able to install the Erickson Heavy-Duty Bull Ring Anchors # EM4001.
