The MagnaFlow Stainless Steel Catalytic Converter - Direct-Fit - California Approved, item # MF39476, is designed to fit on 1987 to 1995 GM Trucks and is not recommended for the 2000 Celica GT.
For your Celica we have the Universal (weld in) MagnaFlow Stainless Steel Catalytic Converter - Universal - California Approved, item # MF46004.
If you would like a direct fit converter you can use the Magnaflow Direct fit Catalytic Converter, item # MF46610, which will connect to the OEM mounts in your exhaust system.
