How much does this shovel weigh? I need a shovel for backpacking so lightweight tools are a priority.

I went out to the warehouse and pulled an Extendable Auto Emergency Snow Shovel, # 17211, and put it on a digital scale. The shovel weighs only 1.3 pounds. The shovel blade can be separated from the handle to make it more compact. With the blade separated and the handle retracted, the handle is 18-1/2 inches long. The blade is 9-1/2 inches wide by 13-1/2 inches long.
With the blade attached and the handle retracted the shovel is 29-1/2 inches long. And with the blade attached and the handle extended, it is 37 inches long.
