I spoke with my contact at Putco and he said that the Putco Racer Stainless Steel Grille Insert for Toyota Tundra, part # P82192, is made of 304 SAE grade stainless steel. He said when something is powder coated, the powder needs to cure at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes. He thought that powder coating the stainless steel grille insert would not be a problem.
