I spoke with my contact at Hopkins and he informed that you would need a Hopkins Backup Alert - Replacement 3156 Bulb with Audible Alert, part # HM20101VA. He informed me that this style of tail light is the same as the one that is in your 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 and would work great.
