Question:
Will this fit a 2004 Toyota Sienna Van? Where would be the best place to put the Transmitter?

The # PK015737 wireless backup camera does not have vehicle specific fits, but you should have no problem installing it on your 2004 Toyota Sienna Van.
When you are mounting the transmitter, you will want to locate it as close to the monitor as you can while keeping it out of the elements. You will have 9-1/2 feet of wire to work with between the camera in the rear of the vehicle and the transmitter, so you should have plenty of room to mount the transmitter in the cargo area of the van.
Once you have installed the camera on the back of the vehicle, you will need to find the best way to route the wires into the cargo area, and the best way to route the wire from the transmitter to the reverse light circuit while keeping them hidden. I am including a link to a video of the backup camera system being installed on an SUV, which should give you a good idea of how to route the wiring into your own vehicle.
If you find you need some additional length on the transmitter wire, we do offer extension cord # PKCORD which would give you 25 more feet. Judging by the size of your vehicle, I doubt you would need the extension wire unless you decide to mount the transmitter nearer to the cab.
