You will need a few more things to be able to tow your E-150, the first thing you will want is a base plate kit, this is what attaches your vehicle to the tow bars like the RoadMaster Blackhawk 2 All Terrain Tow Bar for Blue Ox Base Plates # RM-427 you referenced. This tow bar is designed to be used with Blue Ox base plates. If you already have Blue Ox base plates you can skip the following base plate recommendations and use the # RM-427.

If you do not have Blue Ox base plates I would recommend you use a RoadMaster Blackhawk 2 All Terrain Tow Bar - 10,000 lbs, part # RM-422. And then use one of the following base plate kits.

Since I am not sure what year E-150 you have I will give you recommendations based on the different years they made the E-150.

If you had 2008-2010 Ford E-150 you would need to use a Roadmaster XL Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms, part # 446-10.

If you had a 1992-2007 E-150 you would need Roadmaster XL Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms, part # 446-5.

Next, you will need a Magnetic Towing Light Kit, 20 ft. Long Cord, part # C-ATL20A. This will give your E-150 turn signals and brake lights.

The last thing that you will be required to use would be RoadMaster 64 inch Single Hook, Straight Safety Cables - 6,000 lbs, part # RM-645
