We do offer a roof rack option for your 2001 Audi TT coupe that would allow you to use a ski and snowboard carrier, but the the Yakima PowderHound carrier # Y03081 is not compatible with your vehicle.
You would first need to install a roof rack on your vehicle using a Thule custom roof rack kit including foot pack # TH480, load bars # THLB50, and fit kit # THKIT1180. This would equip your Audi TT with cross bars onto which a ski carrier or other accessory could be mounted.
I would recommend the Thule Flat Top ski and snowboard carrier # TH92724 for your application, as it is very similar to the Yakima carrier and it is very easy to install.
