I did a little research on your vehicle, and it looks like it is going to be fairly simple to replace the turn signal bulb on your 2003 Audi A4 T1.6. First, you will actually need bulb # P231156A360. This part number includes 2 bulbs, but we also offer a single bulb, part # P231156A-360-S. The # P233157A360 bulb you referenced is not a fit for your vehicle.
To replace your turn signal light, you will first pull free the tail light housing so that you can access the bulbs. If you look on both sides of your trunk area, you will see two carpet circles that are covering a Phillips head screw. Remove the carpet plugs and the screw, and you should be able to wiggle out the housing, tilting it slightly.
Once you have freed the tail light housing, you will see two black clips that will need to be disengaged so you can reach the bulbs. Twist the bulb out of the socket, and you can then replace it with the # P231156A360 bulb and reverse the process to reinstall the light housing.
