The Kuat Beta, # B202-114, is designed to fit in 1-1/4 inch trailer hitches, but you can add the Kuat Bike Rack Shank Adapter, # D101, so it will fit in a 2 inch receiver. With the adapter, you will be able to use the rack on either the Venza or the Volvo. You will also need to measure from the center of the hitch pin hole back to the distance required to clear the rear of the vehicle. If that distance is less than 10-1/2 inches, the bike rack will fit. No worries about weight with this rack; it weighs just over a mere 12 pounds.

You mentioned having a trailer hitch welded to the 2011 Toyota Venza, but we have some bolt on options you may be interested in. The 2 inch, Class III trailer hitch for your vehicle is Curt Trailer Hitch, # 13356. It has a 2 inch receiver, 350 pound tongue weight capacity, and 3,500 pound gross trailer weight capacity and can be used with weight distribution.
