Typically a 3500-lb-rated axle will have 10 x 2-1/4-inch drum brakes like the AL-KO # 60202803. The magnet you referenced, Replacement Trailer Brake Magnet Kit # BP01-110, will work fine on either Dexter or AL-KO 3500-lb 10 x 2-1/4 electric drum brake assemblies.

Brake magnet wiring is non-polarized so either magnet wire can used for hot or ground.
