By definition, the system will distribute a portion of the tongue weight from the rear axle of your vehicle to the front axle, thus significantly reducing the sag you describe. Since your tongue weight will max out around 800 - 850 lbs (3500lbs trailer wt + 2000 lbs cargo multiplied by 15 percent).
