Question:
Just wondering if this product will fit a 2 receiver on a Jeep 2010 Patriot. Worried that anything sitting in cargo area may be touching backside of vehichle. Thanks, or for any other input.

The Pro Series Hitch Cargo Carrier, item # PS1040100, should fit nicely in the 2 inch hitch on your 2010 Jeep Patriot. The shank on the carrier measures 12 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the raised side of the platform and raises 4 inches for clearance at the rear of the carrier, for going through dips and entering steep drives.
The receiver on your patriot sits below the molded letters in the rear fascia which is well below 4 inches below the door opening, so you would just need to make sure that there is nothing too far back or too high on the carrier for the rear door to open.
