DZ 27932 Mud Flap Feature description states that they fit with or without fender flares yet the listing of the parts when ed by make year and model states without flares. Does it fit both for a 1999 Ford F-150 Truck?

The DeeZee OEM-Style Mud Flaps, part # DZ27932, will fit a 1999 Ford F-150 without fender flares. These mud flaps will not work on a vehicle with fender flares.
The only mud flaps I have for a 1999 Ford F-150 with fender flares will only fit in the rear. They are the DeeZee Mud Flaps, part # DZ88-111.
